Evolve is a Miami-based tech startup founded by two female entrepreneurs, Irina Vlada and Jen Todd, with a shared mission to help others transform through complementary and alternative modalities - and ultimately contribute to building a healthier society.

Our Purpose

We started out to build a community to help raise the collective consciousness. As part of our journey, we participated in a startup accelerator program focused on mental health. During this time we woke up to the fact that we live in the most depressed and addicted society in history, and medical interventions are no longer enough on their own and learned the following:

One out of every two physicians refers patients to some form of Complementary Alternative Medicine each year including yoga, meditation and breathwork.

The Complementary Alternative Medicine market represents 38% of the adult population in the U.S.

Traditional care of prescription medication and rehabs are not for everyone. People are looking for alternative options. Evolve's purpose is to create a home for a variety of modalities and the Leaders that facilitate them to serve anyone seeking to heal and transform.

By following an integrative approach we encourage our community members to find personal alignment between the physical, energy and mental bodies.

Our Founders

Jen Todd

During her career, Jen has held various business development and management roles within the financial services industry for companies including PaineWebber, Lloyds TSB Bank and Morgan Stanley. She also co-founded two tech startups and led business development efforts for private investment funds, a law firm and Innergy Meditation studio, where she met Irina. Jen is currently serving as business coordinator for the Miami branch of Alex. Brown Raymond James while maintaining her role as Co-Founder of Evolve. She enjoys creating mindful connections within the professional community of South Florida and beyond.

Irina Vlada

As an Awareness Coach, Irina’s path is deeply rooted in the discovery and exploration of the authentic self. Irina traveled to the Himalayas, India to study with living Masters and embody the ancient knowledge of Kriya Yoga and Meditation. Her coaching style expanded into mindful practices, inviting clients to combine the tools of Western psychology and Eastern philosophy. Prior to delving into the work of Yoga and Consciousness, Irina spent 5 years in the entertainment and hospitality industry as a marketing and PR director, managing strategic relations.
