Step 1

Ensure that you meet the Leader Requirements below before downloading the Evolve iOS app to set up your Leader profile.

Step 2

Complete two electronic forms, the Evolve Leader Agreement and either the W9 tax form for US or W8 tax form for non-US.

Step 3

Subscribe to the Inner Circle at $9.95 a month and optionally arrange a meeting with an Evolve team member to discuss the benefits or ask any questions.
