Irina Vlada Hill

Irina introduced me to such a powerful breathwork practice, grateful!

What an amazing class, can’t wait for more!

Amazing 🤩 wow. Irina is a fantastic leader and I had a great time in her session!

I love being involved with people who want to help each other grow and evolve together. Evolve is a special community you built! I am in awe

Grateful to be included in this important conversation.

What an inspiring and thought provoking conversation. The panel was impressive and led so beautiful by the moderator Irina.

So grateful for this platform where we can connect authentically. We need so much of that in our daily lives and it’s easy to get caught up in the doing, we forget to simply be and so REAL with each other (in all the shapes and forms we show up in)! Grateful for how the leaders showed up in empowerment through vulnerability.

It was great I’d really love the recording of it. Lindsay.turner@mymail.barry.edu

Thanks so much

This session resurrected my love for using malas and mantras. Thank you!
